Clegg Hall Glenn Auditorium Renovation
It is Parrish’s goal to be problem solvers, not just problem identifiers. This project’s tight deadline and budget constraints, combined with a large project team consisting of many specialty consultants in locations across the country, made the preconstruction phase more important than ever. Through value engineering processes, the Parrish team was able to provide alternates to maximize budget and scope, and develop an aggressive schedule to meet the school’s requested date of completion. Varied methods of communication were also established to accommodate the schedules of members located in different time zones as well as the college’s decision makers who remained active in their daily commitments of running a large college.
The completion of this project left Young Harris College, the local community, and all project team members with an exceptional performing arts facility that we are all proud to have contributed to.

This facility serves as a prime example for future transportation facilities to follow. The facility is 19,000 square feet that sits over 18 acres of property. This facility serves the community of Morgan County by reassuring the parents of the students that they will always a safe and well-maintained transportation fleet for their children.
Baldwin County HVAC Upgrades & Creekside Elementary Reroof
For this project we were stretched across 6 of the 7 major schools in the public system. School improvements ranged from roofing and HVAC to finishes and flooring upgrades. This work was performed over the summer break with partially active campuses. Over the course of the project we incurred 3 change orders that totaled $260,000.00. That’s almost 9% of the total project, and even with these change orders we were under our original estimated budget.
Through constant coordination with the principals, superintendent, and our Parrish team, we aimed to make this as painless as possible for the teachers and staff. Parrish is proud to have played a role in Baldwin County and takes pride in keeping their facilities as young as the kids that occupy them.
