Dave Cyr

President

As President, Dave Cyr leads the Parrish team. With over 20 years of experience and recognition as an industry leader, Dave has been instrumental in building the firm to what it is today. It is his dedication, motivation and knowledge of the industry that enabled him to found Parrish Construction Group in Perry in 1995.  Dave has led the Parrish team in implementation and construction of numerous successful projects throughout the Georgia community.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Dave's studies in the area of building construction and over 20 years of experience in the industry, have prepared him for the day to day responsibilities as President. His master planning, preconstruction and construction skills make him a vital part of the communication among stakeholders on Parrish projects. His technical knowledge coupled with his common sense approach to construction are an effective combination to keep programs and projects on track through all phases of the process.

Dave's support system at home includes his wife Mary and two sons, Nathan and Adam. During his off time you can usually find him spectating a sporting event, fishing or doing other outdoor activities. He participates as a Lay Leader at Perry United Methodist Church, as well as an active member in many other civic, charitable and economic development organizations in and around the Perry community.

Dave's unique understanding of the market, leadership ability, technical knowledge, common sense approach and commitment to the community ensures that Parrish continues to develop long-lasting, productive working relationships.

Rodney Smith

Senior Vice President 

Senior Vice President Rodney Smith joined Parrish in 2002 as an Assistant Project Manager and was promoted in 2003 to Project Manager. In 2006 he was again promoted to Director of Business Development. His responsibilities include planning, developing, and implementing strategies for market growth and client satisfaction as well as strategic hires to enhance the Client Relations team in the Parrish offices.

Rodney is a 2002 Graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University with a BS in Construction and now serves on the Construction Industry Advisory Board for the University. He is active in both community and industry currently holding positions with the City of Perry Board of Building Appeals and Adjustments, Perry Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Committee, Salvation Army of Central Georgia and Associated General Contractors, Georgia Branch Young Leaders. He is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Perry and a current member of Rotary Club of Warner Robins.

Charlie Griffis

Vice President

Vice President Charlie Griffis joined Parrish Construction Group in 2005 as an Assistant Project Manager. He was promoted to Director of Preconstruction in 2007 and assumed responsibility for all estimating, scheduling, coordination and preconstruction services. He has also been instrumental in the development of Parrish Construction Group’s latest service offering of Facility Planning Services and proprietary software DFIT, a facility management tool.

Charlie is a 2002 Graduate of Auburn University with a BS in Business and received an MBA from Mercer University in 2006. He is active in both community and industry as a member of the 2010 Leadership Macon class and now serving on the Board of Directors.  He's also a member of the National Associated General Contractors Project Delivery Committee and a Deacon for Perry Presbyterian Church.



Leadership Team

Jim Fallon, LEED AP

Executive Director, North Georgia

Jim Fallon is an integral part of the Parrish Leadership Team.  As Executive Director for the North Georgia Operations of the firm, his responsibilities include oversight and direction of all project operations in the region, coordination of staffing requirements and client development.  With over 30+ years of construction industry experience Jim's varied background includes an emphasis on mechanical systems. He is an asset to the company bringing project management and leadership experience gained as president of a regional construction firm and work across Georgia on a variety of project types.

He is an active member of the community and industry.  A 1996 graduate of Leadership Sumter, Jim also served as President of the Americus Kiwanis Club from 2003 to 2004.  He is an active member of the USGBC, involved in the development of the Central Georgia Region Chapter and served as Treasurer 2009-2012.  

Dallas C. Smith, LEED AP

Executive Director, Central Georgia

As Executive Director for the Central Georgia Operations Dallas Smith is an key member of the leadership team of the firm.  His responsibilities include oversight and direction of all project operations in the region, coordination of staffing requirements and client development.  Dallas joined Parrish in 1999 as an Assistant Project Manager and has grown through the company tackling increasing responsibility with individual projects and within the firm.  A varied background including Quality Control positions inform his attention to detail and meticulous project management style.

Dallas earned a MS in Construction from Southern Polytechnic State University in 1997 and received a BBA in Human Resources in 1994 from Georgia Southwestern State University. He is also a 2001 graduate of Leadership Perry.

Ashley Dale, CIT, CPSM

Director of Client Relations

As Director of Client Relations, Ashley Dale directs the marketing, communications and client development efforts of the firm.  Her background includes 14 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, the last 12 in construction.  Ashley's role and experience encompass all facets of marketing and business development including client relationships, strategic planning, branding and process development.  She has a solid focus and unique understanding the education market, the focus of Parrish's expansion in Georgia.

She is an active industry member currently holding Board of Director's positions with SMPS Atlanta and Georgia CEFPI and serves on the AGC Georgia's Young Leadership Council.  Ashley served as Director of Programs (2008-2010) and Treasurer (2010-2012) for SMPS Atlanta and is currently President-Elect for the Chapter.   

Jeremy Bennett

Superintendent

Superintendent Jeremy Bennett is an innovative, creative and skilled construction professional.  With over 15 years of experience, he has worked his way through the ranks to his current position and integral role on the Leadership Team as the voice of the field.  Jeremy hails from a family of construction professionals and has lived and learned the industry his entire life.  His strong work ethic, fair treatment of subcontractors and dedication to client satisfaction on every project are hallmarks of his success. 

Jeremy is married with two children and enjoys coaching their sports teams, among other outdoor activities in his spare time.
