Dave Cyr as President, leads the Parrish team. Cyr has been instrumental in building the firm to what it is today. It was through his dedication, motivation and knowledge of the industry that enabled Cyr to move the Parrish companies to Georgia when the Parrish Construction Group was founded in Perry in 1995. With over 20 years of experience and a recognized industry leader, Cyr has lead the Parrish team to implement and construct numerous successful projects in the Georgia community.
As a graduate of the University of Florida, Cyr’s studies in the area of building construction, prepared him for the day to day responsibilities he performs at the firm. His master planning and preconstruction service skills make him a vital part of the communication between the key players on Parrish projects. His technical knowledge coupled with his common sense approach are an excellent mix to keeping programs and projects on track during all phases of the delivery process.
Cyr has been a resident of Perry, Georgia since his move with the Parrish organization. His support system at home includes his wife Mary and two sons, Nathan and Adam. During Cyr’s off time you can usually find him as a spectator at a sporting event, fishing or doing other outdoor activities. He participates as a Lay Leader at Perry United Methodist Church, as well as being an active member in many other civic, charitable and economic development organizations in and around the Perry community.
Cyr’s unique understanding of the market, leadership ability, technical knowledge, common sense approach and commitment to the community will ensure that Parrish continues develop long-lasting, profitable relationships.
Kenna Scragg
Vice President
Parrish Construction Group
Kenna Scragg serves as Vice President and Project Director for Parrish Construction Group. He is responsible for the coordination of each project and ensures the successful completion of programs through communication, organization and scheduling of materials and services to active job sites in the current Parrish portfolio.
Scragg, who received a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida, joined the Parrish organization in 1994 as a Project Manager. His attention to detail and organizational skills make him an integral part of the construction team. Scragg’s ability to accurately schedule and budget each job allows all participants in the construction process to more effectively coordinate their individual activities. His personality and practical approach to each project are just a few of the reasons why he is respected by both project superintendents and subcontractors.
Scragg has been a resident of Perry, Georgia since 1995. He is married to wife Lisa and has one son, Gavin and a daughter, Desiree. Scragg continues to give back to the community by dedicating personal time as an active member of the board for a variety of social and community service charities. He is an outdoor enthusiast and loves being a part of the Perry community.
