Welcome to the Parrish Online Bid Room

Parrish Construction Group offers subcontractors the ability to view all upcoming CM@Risk projects and their bid dates.

All project notifications, addenda's and bid package revisions will be posted via our secure subcontractor login portion of this website. Please contact our preconstruction department to establish an account.

Project plans and specifications will only be available from our office, or the plan rooms identified by the Bid Advertisement.

Bidder Qualification Form

To be placed in our cmopany's subcontractor database, please download our Bidder Qualification Form and submit to our preconstruction department via fax 478-987-5536.

Bid Day

All bids for CM@Risk projects will be read aloud at the identified bid date and time. All bids must be submitted via fax (478-987-5536), mailed, or delivered to our office. Subcontractors are encouraged to submit bids early on the day of the bid to ensure that we have received it. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Below is a listing of upcoming CM@Risk projects and their bid dates. Please download and submit to our preconstruction department via fax 478-987-5536, a Bid Advertisement form for projects that you are interested in bidding on. Parrish Construction Group makes every effort to keep this website updated as soon as new information is available. It is the responsibility of each bidding subcontractor to review all bid documents prior to submitting a bid. Parrish Construction Group has the right to accept or reject any bid that does not acknowledge all bidding documents.
